New Website Launch – Platform Upgrade & Account Re-Activation
Our newly rebuilt website is live on a new Milan-based VPS with improved performance and deeper ECU Workbench integration. Existing users will need to re-activate their account and set up 2FA again (one-time).
We’re excited to announce the launch of our newly rebuilt website. This isn’t just a visual refresh — the entire platform has been re-architected to improve performance, security, and how everything ties together.
The new site is now running on an all-new VPS with significantly improved hardware, located in Milan, Italy, closer to the majority of our customer base. This change should noticeably improve responsiveness and reliability for both the website and connected applications.
Existing customers will need to re-activate their account (via confirmation email) and set up 2FA again. This is a one-time requirement due to the platform upgrade.
What you need to do
- Sign in using your existing email address
- Confirm your account using the email you’ll receive
- Set up two-factor authentication (2FA) again
-
Update ECU Workbench to v2026.2.4 or newer
To ensure full compatibility with the new website platform and integrations, ECU Workbench users must be running v2026.2.4 or later. You can download the latest version from the ECU Workbench software page.
What’s new and improved
- Refactored around ECU Workbench: The entire website is now built around ECU Workbench as the central platform, providing a more consistent and integrated experience.
- Vehicle Database: A new vehicle database clearly links vehicles, their ECUs, and the protocols supported within ECU Workbench, making compatibility and capabilities easier to understand at a glance.
- Modern authentication options: You can now link third-party accounts such as Google and Discord for easier sign-in, and use passkeys where supported.
- Improved security: Updated account security features and a cleaner 2FA setup help keep accounts protected while remaining easy to use.
