If the website is asking you for a token to login, then you must have enabled Two Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account. Use the 2FA app on your phone, that your previously paired with the website, to generate a token and use it to login.
Software is asking me for a 2FA token at startup, where do I get one?

All software requires Two Factor Authentication (2FA) to be enabled on your account. If you have not already do so, go to the 'Account Secuirty' section of the website and enable 2FA. Once enabled, use the 2FA app on your phone to generate a token and use it to login to the software.
I got a new phone and didn't backup my 2FA application, what do I do now?
